Pork cutlet: Insert a fork or sharp knife into the center of a beef, pork, or lamb cutlet. If there are paper sleeves on the pork ribs, you can grab them with your hands to cut the meat off the bones, so as not to make your hands greasy. Even if it is wrapped in paper sleeves, one should not use their hands to chew on bones during formal occasions or dining in restaurants.
